It is the method by which we apply our expertise and knowledge. The scope and complexity of your project will determine whether you need a dedicated project manager (or additional skilled people) to keep the move 'smart'.

Successful business relocation requires the application of knowledge, specialised skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities. A dedicated Project Manager is responsible for all the activities associated with the operational aspects of your relocation. On a larger project, they will also form part of our end-to-end solution. They will be there to attend to every detail – before, during and after the move operation.
Our Project Manager will also maintain a close working relationship with your Relocation Manager and will ensure the Atlantis team employs efficient and safe work practices throughout the project.

Newsletters, help desks and suggestion boxes are just some of the tools we use to overcome resistance. - Systematic coding of floor plans and assisting staff to manage labeling of personal materials
- Liaising with building management, confirming booking of loading docks, lifts and security
- Ensuring critical equipment is given the highest priority during the relocation
- Arranging protective materials for floors, walls and lifts, where required
- Arranging for new site access to be clearly labeled prior to the relocation
- Outlining Risk Elements and providing Safe Work Method Statements along with Individual Risk Assessments for each stage
- Completing dilapidation reports prior to, and on, completion of each move stage, if required
- Providing post-relocation assistance and debriefing activities on completion of each stage
- Managing move-order-sequence to ensure priority for specialist contractors
