This industry has a high customer demand for fulfilment of orders. Relocation at any stage of the production cycle poses a threat to this continuous demand.
Unlike service-based industries, which can be more easily moved to new office locations, manufacturing and warehousing operations can be considerably more difficult and multi-faceted. They involve not only the relocation of bulk stock, line items and administration facilities, but the dismantling, transportation and reinstallation of racking and other warehouse components.
Our project team partners with you to plan and execute the sequential relocation of plant and equipment, stock and materials. The Atlantis team is experienced with the practicalities of moving machinery, materials and stock and we have the specialised packing and transportation equipment to complete the job safely and efficiently.
We take our commitment to the safety of both our staff and yours, very seriously. A Relocation Strategy includes addressing workplace health and safety regulations and compliance procedures – from site hazard assessments through to safe lifting, loading and transport practices.
Atlantis provides innovative solutions to maintain continuity of operations when faced with:

On a scale of 1 to 10, Atlantis are definitely a 10. Their professionalism and ability to present well to internal business groups is exemplary.
Atlantis has shown they are very adept at understanding our strict Safety Health and Environmental requirements, the equivalent of a very strict OH&S driven culture.
The experience of the Supervisor is a major pillar of project structure as without the supervisors' ability to think on their feet and make things work a number of the moves would have been considerably slowed and not as clean as they were.

Atlantis was initially engaged as a pre-relocation consultant.
They were then chosen to take on the entire relocation process and provide additional support services to enable Woolworth’s management team to get on with the project without complications.
Congratulations Atlantis on the successful relocation of the Australian Timken operations.
This relocation, which comprised all of the warehousing and administration functions for the Ballarat operations of Aust. Timken, met our expectations completely.
Your ability to meet the changed circumstances that arose when we discovered that some of the relocation was taking longer than expected because Timken chose to do a complete revision of all warehouse locations as we moved, enabled us to open for business as planned on the Monday morning, and be in normal operation that day.
In all, you enabled us to only shut down operations for 3 hours during this major move.
