Q. Can I get a copy of Atlantis's OH&S policy?

Atlantis includes a copy of our OH&S policy along with our formal documentation. If you require a copy prior to this phase, please contact us to request a copy.

Q: Our industry has specific OH&S requirements. Can Atlantis work within these guidelines?

Atlantis appreciates that many companies have additional health and safety requirements. We recognise and work closely with you to define and develop guidelines to ensure these needs are met.

Q: What about sub-contractors?

Any sub-contractors engaged by Atlantis are required, as part of their contract, to comply with our occupational health and safety policies, procedures and programs.

Atlantis is committed to ensuring security and confidentiality for clients at all times. We understand that some projects require additional security and are happy to work within specific guidelines. Contact us to discuss your specific security and/or confidentiality requirements.

Employees:

• All Atlantis employees are bound by a confidentially agreement.
• Uniforms and badges clearly denote employees are Atlantis representatives.

Equipment:

• Atlantis uses specialised security packing equipment to relocate confidential documents and other restricted materials.
• All trucks clearly show the Atlantis logo and, if required, the client can seal the trucks with padlocks and reopen at the new site.

Thoughout each project the Atlantis team is focused on the primary goals of ensuring business continuity and minimising risk. Some risks such as protection from the elements, lift failure and traffic detaly can affect any relocation. Atlantis has standard procedures to mitigate this type of common risk.

Atlantis always takes extreme care throughout all stages of the relocation to ensure our clients assets are protected. Unfortunately though, accidents can still occur and we recommend that clients obtain transit insurance.

Due to changes in the Financial Services Reform Act 2004 we are no longer able to offer transit insurance. As part of our quote we will provide a pre-filled Insurance quotation form with all the necessary information to allow you to obtain a low cost transit insurance for your assets. A simple and cost effective way to cover for possible accidents and damage.
